To complete the registration process, parents/guardians will need to setup an account for themselves and their player then choose the lacrosse team that your player will participate.  If you do not have a USL number, or it expires before the end of the season, then you will be automatically transferred to USLacrosse then back in to our system to complete the team registration.  Setting up an account only will not complete the registration.  There is a fee to register.  You may pay the fee online through the registration system or mail a payment.   Your player will be placed on a team roster once payment is received.   You will need your doctors information, insurance information, any medical information as well as contact info.   You will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration.

BY REGISTERING YOUR PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE ON A COLUMBUS LACROSSE CLUB TEAM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE THE PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT AND COLUMBUS LACROSSE CLUB REGULATIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.  THESE DOCUMENTS MAY BE FOUND ON THE DOCUMENT PAGE OF THE WEBSITE.  http://COLUMBUSLAX.ORG/Documents.asp?n=112740&org=COLUMBUSLAX.ORG

The high school and travel lacrosse season runs from March through late May.  Optional team practices are held indoors starting in January and outdoors once the weather breaks.  Mandatory practices begin in March however winter sport atheletes may finish their seasons. There will be several scrimmages in early March and tryout dates will be determined and posted by each coach.

The house league program begins the first of April and runs through late May.  There will be one practice a week and one game per week with no travel.  The focus will be on teaching the fundamental skills of the game.  The house program is designed for new players,  younger players and those that are playing other spring sports and want to try the game without the larger commitment of the travel program.  Teams will be created to give equal play time.  Ultimately, the house league will serve as a feeder program to the travel programs.  If you register for house but elect to play on a travel team at a later date then we will transfer your information and credit your fees.

Why do I have to join USLacrosse?
The primary reason is for insurance purposes for the program, players, coaches and facilities. USLacrosse is also a
great resource and your player will receive their monthly magazine and discounts for equipment from major
manufacturers. USLacrosse also offers online training and education resources for players, parents and coaches.
